At a glance
Reports answer the questions you get asked: are we on track, who has room, where did the time go, and can we trust the data. Four tabs, one per question; each card opens its report.
Portfolio Health
The Executive Report is a weekly summary for one portfolio: schedule health, profit and loss, what changed this week, and the next four weeks. Export it as a PDF for a meeting or an email. Every portfolio and project has one status, on track, at risk or off track: the worse of its schedule and its money, and the report shows which decided it. Project Profitability: cost, revenue and margin for each project; click one to see its tasks. Schedule Adherence: how the schedule stands today, from overdue to finished late, and every task with how many working days it moved.
Capacity & Resources
The Capacity Heatmap: each person's load, week by week; green has room, red is overbooked. Click a cell to see that week's hours by project, and the tasks behind them. Utilisation Trend: planned against actual, month by month, over up to a year.
Actuals & Worklogs
These read the time logged in Jira; Sync Worklogs brings in the latest first. Hours by Project: planned, logged and the difference, with cost, revenue and margin; for time-and-materials work, pick the period and see what to bill. Most reports export to Excel in one click. Hours by Resource: each person's logged hours against their capacity. Detailed Resource Worklogs: every entry, grouped by person, project or issue: the lines of an invoice.
Data Quality
Jira Sync Status: each project's last pull, and what is waiting to push. Scheduled Without Effort: work on the calendar with no estimate. Unscheduled Backlog: work still waiting for a slot. Outside-Team Contributors flags time logged to your projects by people who aren't on your team. That's the Reports tab: whether you're on track, who has room, where the time went, and whether your data holds up.
