The Mermix AI copilot knows your whole plan: every person, every task, time off, the backlog and the hours logged. Press Command K or Control K on any screen, and it opens right over what you are looking at. Each message uses one AI credit; the badge shows how many are left.
Ask anything
Ask in plain words: who is overloaded in the next two weeks? Find a free slot for someone before a date. Ask who is the best person to take a task, and why. Ask how a project is doing. Or whether your projects are on budget. And how many hours were logged to each project last month.
See it
Ask for a chart, and it draws it right in the answer. See the team's capacity for the weeks ahead. Ask how healthy your plan is: a chart, the main numbers, and the top risks.
Look ahead
Ask when a project will really finish: the answer comes from how the team has actually delivered, not from the planned dates. Ask for its critical path: the longest chain of dependent work, which decides the earliest it can finish. Mermix counts your Jira links, and each person's order of work too: a task can't start until its person has finished the one before. So the path can run through people: here, through one person's queue, including another project's work. Ask what happens if someone is away, and see the impact without changing anything. Compare ways to schedule the backlog: balanced, fastest, or priority first. And ask what changed in the plan since Monday.
Change the plan
Ask for a change, and it proposes it first: a single change comes as a small card. Confirm, and it is made in Mermix; it reaches Jira the next time you push. To undo it, click the calendar and press Command Z or Control Z. Hand a task to someone else; Dismiss, and nothing happens. Change an estimate the same way. Ask it to fix an overload, and it proposes what to move, and where.
Proposals
Ask for something bigger, like scheduling your backlog, and every move is listed, grouped by person, each with its dates, hours and reason. View Proposal opens it full screen, so you can look before you decide. On the left, each person's timeline: the new work, beside what they already have. On the right, every placement: the task, who takes it and why, its dates and its hours. Export downloads the proposal as a spreadsheet. Open it in your spreadsheet app, change who does a task or its dates, and save it. Back in the copilot, Import uploads it, and the proposal shows your change. Or just say what to change. Every proposal has an ID, at the bottom of its card. In a new chat, ask for it by its ID, and it comes back with your changes, ready to apply. A proposal lasts 24 hours; ignore it, and nothing in your plan changes. Untick any move you don't want, and Apply selected makes the rest. The work is on the calendar at once, ready for your next push; the move you unticked stays in the backlog.
Take it away
Ask for a one-page executive briefing for your board. Ask for an Excel file, and it gives you one to download. Export, at the top, saves the whole conversation as a PDF. That's the Mermix AI copilot: ask anything, look ahead, change the plan, always with your approval.
