Three roles
Everyone who uses Mermix has one of three roles: Admin, Planner or Board. The Admin sets Mermix up: the Jira connection, the portfolios, and the people who use it. A Planner builds and runs the plan for their portfolios: brings the work in from Jira, schedules it across the team, balances the load around time off and dependencies, works with the Mermix AI copilot, and sends the plan back to Jira. A Board member sees the plan and its reports, and asks the Mermix AI copilot about them. Nothing they do changes the plan. An Admin gives each person their role, and the portfolios they work in. Seats are free for all three roles: you pay only for the people you plan. Three roles, one plan: everyone sees what they need.
